IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THE STEGODON TRIGONOCEPHALUS ANCIENT ELEPHANT FOSSIL IS APPROXIMATELY EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND YEARS OLD AND IS THREE METERS TALL AND FOUR METERS LONG// This is based on the equivalent rock layer that is eight hundred thousand years old.
According to the discovery of the ancient elephant fossil Stegodon trigonocephalus, it began with a report from the Nganjuk Regional Government, which received information from the community. The location of the discovery of the ancient elephant/Stegodon trigonocephalus fossil is on the slopes of Mount Pandan, Tritik Village, Rejos District, Nganjuk Regency, East Java, at a depth of about one meter.
