Here is some additional information about my video “Crispy egg & potato pocket”:
This video shows me preparing a recipe I created myself: a crispy egg and potato pocket cooked in a pan. I love experimenting with eggs and coming up with new ways to enjoy them. On that day, I was feeling especially inspired (and hungry!), so I decided to turn a simple potato and egg mix into a golden, crunchy pocket. It turned out to be one of the most delicious egg dishes I’ve ever made, and I wanted to share it with others.
