US: Eric Cartman Steals Show At Charlotte Anti ICE Protest
Charlotte, United States - November 21, 2025 X user EchoesOfLiberty filmed a 20 second clip, the main one out of three attached videos, during a nighttime anti ICE protest in the city on the evening of November 18, 2025. On a downtown street lit by streetlights and flashing blue and red police lights, the scene turns into organized chaos. A large crowd of demonstrators completely blocks traffic as cars sit trapped, horns blaring without pause. Protesters march in the roadway, banging pots and drums, waving Palestinian flags, and shouting chants including “Free, free Palestine!” along with anti ICE slogans. At the center of the footage is the moment that sent the clip viral. One protester is dressed in a full inflatable Eric Cartman costume from South Park, complete with red puffy jacket, blue and yellow hat, beige pants, and Cartman’s scowling face on the hood. The blow up Cartman bounces and jumps wildly in the middle of the crowd like someone at a rave, arms flailing and dominating every frame. People nearby laugh, cheer, and egg him on as he “protests” fully in character. The other two videos in the same post show more of the same high energy chaos: night marching, nonstop honking, drumming and chanting, with Inflatable Cartman repeatedly popping in and out of view in gloriously unhinged fashion. It all adds up to a charged anti ICE march in Charlotte colliding with peak internet absurdity, Eric Cartman loudly demanding authority in the middle of a leftist protest, summed up by the line “2025 is undefeated.”
