This is the heartwarming moment a kind local used a remote-controlled car to give flowers to strangers in a park.

RC car enthusiast Alvin Concepcion brought smiles to women picnicking with friends and family by handing out synthetic roses and heartfelt messages in Pampanga, the Philippines.

Footage shows the blue mini-car manoeuvring on the grassy field as it approaches a group of picnickers on November 2.

The operator used a small blue character toy to communicate with the locals by nodding its head with the controller.

They can be seen waving at the vehicle before one of them took the pink rose, which a small white teddy bear accompanied.

The woman then read the card, which said: 'Your heart is rare; that is why the right person takes time to find it,' before saying thank you.

In another clip, the four-wheeler drove towards a family and gave another flower to their daughter.

Alvin ended his night by giving another flower to a lady with a letter reading: 'You deserve to feel valued, cared for, and seen.'

Alvin said: 'I just want to share joy with these people because it also makes me happy.'
