Israel - November 25, 2025 The Israel Defense Forces have completed the “Magen Oz” General Staff exercise, led by the Operations Directorate and conducted to evaluate the military’s readiness for a wide range of scenarios. The exercise involved coordinated participation from all major IDF directorates and commands, including the Operations Directorate, Manpower Directorate, Technology and Logistics Directorate, Military Intelligence, the Air Force, Navy, Ground Forces, and the Northern, Central, Southern, and Home Front Commands. Throughout the drill, units operated under a series of intensive, continuous scenarios designed to assess command performance, defensive and offensive operational procedures, inter-level situation assessments, readiness alerts, and rapid response to emerging threats.
