IDF: The Chief of the General Staff conducted an initial inquiry and situational assessment at the scene of the ramming attack in Samaria where two soldiers were killed last night
Yesterday (Wednesday), the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Herzi Halevi, arrived at the scene of the ramming attack near Nablus in Samaria, in which Staff Sergeant Eliya Hilel z"l, and Staff Sergeant Diego Shvisha Harsaj z”l, soldiers in the Kfir Brigade, were killed.
The Chief of the General Staff conducted an initial inquiry and situational assessment at the site with the Commanding Officer of the Judea and Samaria Division, BG Yaki Dolf, the Commanding Officer of the Samaria Brigade, COL Shimon Siso, representatives of the Israel Security Agency (ISA), police, and additional commanders.
This morning (Thursday), the Commanding Officer of the Central Command, MG Yehuda Fox, arrived at the scene of the attack and conducted a situational assessment with the commanders and soldiers operating in the area.
