US President Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine, Steve Witkoff, and Trump’s adviser Jared Kushner were seen entering a central Berlin hotel in the morning, according to German news agency DPA.
Earlier this month, Witkoff met Russian President Vladimir Putin, who signaled openness to negotiations but emphasized that Russia maintains strategic control on the ground.
