Exclusive- US Traveller erupts after being denied boarding with two cats—TikTok clip surpasses 4M views

A woman at the Las Vegas airport has gone viral after arguing with airline staff when she was told she couldn’t board her flight with two cats in a single small carrier. The video, posted by @ibeensaiddat on TikTok, has now reached over four million views.

The clip shows the woman insisting that the airline’s rules were unclear, claiming the information “was not on the website” when she booked. Staff calmly explain that pet reservations are required, the policy is listed in the airline’s terms, and that Alaska Airlines does not allow two animals in one undersized carrier — especially when the cats are visibly too cramped to move.

Growing increasingly frustrated, the woman shouts, “You’re telling me I can’t go home for Christmas because you don’t like that I have two cats!” as staff reiterate that the issue is policy, not preference.

Online commenters were quick to weigh in, with one popular remark reading, “It is YOUR responsibility to research your flight bookings for passenger pets. Airlines cannot outline EVERY scenario in policy. BE ACCOUNTABLE!!!”
