The 1st Beijing College Students' AI+ Innovation Competition kicked off at Beijing University of Technology on Saturday. The event was designed for undergraduate students from universities in Beijing. A total of 222 teams made the cut to enter the contest after several rounds of screening and recommendation within their colleges. The competition focused on multiple application scenarios, such as embodied intelligence and medical imaging diagnosis. It was intended to empower the cultivation of innovative talents, and deepen the integration of industry and education, so as to contribute academic strength and youth wisdom to the development of Beijing into an international center for sci-tech innovation and to the national AI development strategy.
