Several dispatches were made following the incident. At approximately 4:55 a.m., the initial report indicated that a semi-truck had overturned, obstructing traffic. By 4:56 a.m., a rotation request for towing services was initiated, and the Ventura County Fire Department was contacted shortly after at 4:57 a.m. Further updates indicated that a larger 28-foot trailer, which was not loaded, required towing. As emergency services arrived, information was relayed that the collision was causing significant delays in the area, with vehicles reported to be moving slowly.
