A Chinese-developed large cargo drone successfully completed its first loaded flight in the Middle East on Thursday, carrying 60 kilograms of medical supplies across Oman's rugged Hajar Mountains at an elevation of more than 3,000 meters above sea level. The cargo drone, named Sagittarius, delivered the medical supplies to a remote village 100 kilometers away in less than 50 minutes, a trip that would normally take three hours by ground transport due to poor roads and access restrictions.
