UNCAPTIONED: Fans rage over Harry Styles' 'crazy' ticket prices
Fans rage over Harry Styles' 'crazy' ticket prices. The cost of entry for the Aperture singer's first tour in three years left fans threatening to boycott his concerts. Fans were thrilled when Harry, 31, announced his Together, Together tour on 22 January but were quick to express their disappointment when tickets went on sale this week with prices in the hundreds of dollars. The most expensive VIP package for Harry's New York tour dates was listed at $1,667 (£1200). ”Calling a tour 'Together, Together' when it's unaffordable for 99 percent of people is crazy work," one fan posted on Threads while another wondered whether the prices were being listed incorrectly. ”I fear there must be some miscommunication here. $1,000 per ticket? Taking a breath costs $20 in the economy. Are you and I holding hands the entirety of the show? Because what do you mean?”. On X, one user claimed their happiness over learning of the tour had been overshadowed by disappointment at Harry's ticket prices. ”The optimism and joy of a Harry Styles comeback just to be slapped in the face with insane tour ticket prices is genuinely a bit of a shock to the system, not to be dramatic.” Others threatened to blacklist the tour entirely. ”This is why I'm boycotting the tour", one fan wrote on Reddit, while another declared concerts "completely unattainable”. ”This always just makes me so sad. Some of my best memories from my younger years are going to concerts, and now they're just completely unattainable. Way to alienate the fandom there, dude.”
