yet union workers have raised the question of inadequate facilities and broken promises of bonus pay, Jerry Swain regional secretary for Uccat (Union Of Construction Allied Trades & Technicians) the builders union who held a short picket as tradesmen arrived to work at the Holborn site
, spoke of long waits for clocking in to site which workers are not being paid for , lack of toilets and poor overall communication with the managers of the three company's .
