To do this much damage to a car in 20 mile zone you must either be on the phone/blind, or going well above the speed limit.
Car position and a witness suggest the driver of the grey Mazda FG04PGU was trying to make a run for it after hitting the first car. Obviously you can only make a run on a bicycle in E&C.
If you cannot avoid a collision with a huge car what is left for a cyclist?
If this driver had hit a cyclist we would all be asking if the cyclist was wearing high vis?
Ambulance was arriving as I passed by so one of the drivers/passengers maybe hurt
