The footage, shot at a home near Indianapolis, IN, USA, shows a woman showing her great-grandmother, who "is on the border of Alzheimer's and Dementia", how to use Snapchat filters.
"My daughter was on Snapchat and wanted to take a picture with my grandma, her great-grandma," the filmer wrote online.
"My Grandma swiped by accident and chose one of the filters."
"My Grandma couldn't believe that was her she was looking at. That's the most I've seen her laugh and smile these past two years." she added.
