Police takedown
While fueling the local police preformed a take down of 2 perps. across from my location. The take-down lasted less than 1 min.

Updated The pair was arrested at Turkey Hill in Mount Carmel on outstanding warrants for multiple drug charges from Schuylkill County.
Police Chief Todd Owens confirmed Dawn L. Smith, 40, of 515 West Avenue, Mount Carmel, and Joseph Brian McAndrew, 38, of 504 Hobart St., Box 329, Gordon, were taken into custody and escorted to Schuylkill County Prison by Schuylkill County detectives and West Mahanoy Township police.
The pair arranged to meet the police on the pretense of returning items.
A search by Police found 14 grams of bath salts in McAndrew’s pants pocket, along with $263. The vehicle contained numerous cell phones, suboxone stripes, tablets, scales, packing materials, brass knuckles, and a switchblade . Owens said the pair will be charged for committing conspiracy and drug-related crimes, possessing prohibited and offensive weapons.
According to West Mahanoy Township police, Smith and McAndrew were among a group of adults found shortly after 08:00 November 18 in a Frackville Motel 6 room that contained a suspected drug operation. Suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia, including 286 baggies of suspected heroin, marijuana and bath salts, were recovered from the room.
Smith and McAndrew were video arraigned at the borough police station on one felony and four misdemeanor charges filed by West Mahanoy Township police in connection to the incident. She was incarcerated by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Kilker, of Shenandoah, in lieu of $25,000 bail, with 10 percent required in cash.
