I am writing this complaint as requested over the phone conversation. I am unhappy with our holiday at Villa Casa Naranjos. We have expected a wonderful holiday in Spain but unfortunately, at this point we regret that we even went there. On the day of our arrival as we have drove there by car, I went to park the car in the provided parking space. When I have opened the gates, I started driving in to the area where the car should be kept. However, 30 seconds later the gates started to close by themselves and scratched rear side of my vehicle, there was nothing I could do to stop them. I called the representative and the owner came round in minutes. He told me that I don’t have to worry about anything as it will be covered by their Insurance. He explained that when they build the villa the workers forgot to install the sensors on the gates and set it on timer so it will close in 1 minute from opening. He told me not to park there and gave me the keys from another entrance where the gates operate manually without the timer.
On the same day, we have discovered that Jacuzzi Bath is not functional. We let them know but when plumber went in to have a look at it on Tuesday, we were told it won’t be fixed as it will take a month for part to be delivered.
On Monday, we woke up at 8 am as neighbours next door were renovating their pool and they were demolishing the concrete. The noise was ridiculously loud. We did let them know on Monday but were offered to move only on Wednesday, half way the holiday. We refused the offer, as it was our friend’s anniversary on that day. We simply did not want to pack our bags and loose days of packing and arriving somewhere new.
Finally, on Wednesday night I was stuck in the bath downstairs. The lock broke and no one could free me out. Fortunate for me there was a window. I climbed out, but fell injuring my arm and leg. The owners only came to look at it on Friday. It weren’t fixed prior to our departure. We could not use that bathroom as it stayed shut.
