How dangerous is liquid nitrogen for health? Well, UpCycle.Club member Gilberto Martinez from Spain while visiting Bangkok, Thailand tries a piece of banana in liquid nitrogen. Gilberto chose the banana among other options like cereals and chocolate. When asked after the banana trial Gilberto said that: "It was extremely cool as a taste. In one moment you simply can't breathe, it is like you have that much smoke in your mouth and you just feel that if you breathe in you will also inhale the smoke. Overall it was very very strange and cold!"
