Heartwarming footage from the US of a baby hearing his parents for the first time.

The video, shot in Oklahoma, shows three-month-old Archer who was born with hearing impairment, adorably giggling when he hears his parents' voices using hearing aids.

''When Archer was only three weeks old, we found out he had permanent moderate-severe hearing loss in both ears,'' his father later wrote online.

''After almost two months of waiting we were able to get him fitted with hearing aids that helped correct his hearing impairment,'' he added.

This video is his reaction during the hearing aid fitting, this is also the first time he ever heard our voices. His Grandma from his mom's side and Grandpa from his dad's side were also there.

He has never really been a fussy baby but until he had his hearing aids fitted he has never been as happy as he was in this video. Now he smiles hugely every morning when we put his hearing aids on and talk to him.
