World UFO Day takes place every year on July 2. The event was started as a way for people to gather together and watch the skies for unidentified flying objects. Interest around this year's World UFO Day has been heightend following the recent publication of a US Pentagon report that said it had no explanation for dozens of unidentified flying objects seen by military pilots.
