An amusing video has emerged of a couple being "married" by Sir Paul McCartney during a concert at the US Airways Centre in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, on Tuesday.

The former Beatle stopped the show when he spotted the pair holding a sign reading: "You’re ordained, we’re engaged, please marry us tonight".

McCartney invited them on stage and accepted the official role even though he made it clear he was not actually ordained.

Sir Paul asked Andrea and Adam to exchange vows and kiss before the cheering crowd.

After the brief mock ceremony, the bride-to-be even invited McCartney to their actual wedding in October.
