These adorable four-month-old puppies were cruelly abandoned in a box outside the vets suffering from a serious skin disease which left them completely bald. Albus, Winky and Dobby who were named by the RSPCA were found suffering from a condition called demodectic mange caused by mites which turned their skin red and resulted in them losing all their hair. Two of the Staffy-type pups were abandoned on February 7 by an unknown man wearing a tracksuit and a hoodie outside West Mount Vets in Halifax West Yorks., at 5:30 pm. A week later, inspectors of the branch believe the same man returned to dump the third puppy at 5 pm.
