A man showed his amazing arm and waist strength by bearing a man on his waist while doing a parallel on a vertical ladder in southern China.
The video shows a man standing on the waist of a fitness fanatic named Lingfeng whilst holding an umbrella. Lingfeng held on to a vertical ladder and made his body parallel to the ground.
Lingfeng said he has been practicing this exercise for five or six years.
The video is shot in Wanke Square, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, on March 17th.
