This was the moment a Texas man was attacked by a group of women after he recorded an assault to pass on as evidence to the police.

Captured on May 13 in Corpus Christi, the woman was allegedly being beaten because of her use of narcotics.

The perpetrators turned out to be the woman's daughters.

When the filmer was noticed he was quickly confronted by the young women asking him to leave the scene and not be involved.

After refusing to stop, one individual from the trio of daughters attacked the man and threatened him.

The filmer explained: "[The] three girls were upset at their mother for using crack.

"They were going to beat her up and take her home. I was filming in case police needed evidence."

"After I was assaulted the police reviewed the footage I took with my GoPro cam.

"The officer spoke to other officers and explained it was an unprovoked assault.

"They asked if I wanted to press charges, I said no but I wanted an apology. All three women apologised."

Recording to make sure this older woman was not gonna get beaten by 3 girls.
