Old Chinese woman swings on horizontal bar to work out
An old Chinese woman was captured swinging on a horizontal bar to work out in central China.
The bizarre video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou on October 7, shows the 62-year-old woman named Li Mei fixing her two feet on the horizontal bar by straps and spinning around it. She also performed splits and headstands.
According to the filmer, Li suffered from a serious illness and had surgery for three times. After that, she tried to find her own way to work out and started to do stretches and swing on a horizontal bar.
