Bizarre workout session sees elderly Chinese people sing while doing headstands
Chinese pensioners were spotted doing headstands while singing at a workout session in a park in central China.
The impressive video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on November 17, shows several pensioners head standing on their yoga mats while singing Chinese songs.
According to the filmer, the oldest people among the pensioners are more than 80-years-old and the youngest one is around 50-years-old.
They normally start their workout from 5 am and finish around 9 am.
