A minute of silence paid tribute to Polish Hero Cow during "Climate Urgency, Animal Emergency and What To Do About It" talk by Lawrence Anton of Animal Rebellion at Strand Campus - King's College London on Monday, 25 November 2019. The sad story of rebellious Hero Cow that escaped the slaughterhouse by bursting through a metal fence, swimming across a lake for freedom and living by herself on an island for four weeks, but then dying of a heart attack when tranquilized to get her to a local sanctuary, provoked thoughts on animal cruelty and taught the audience about "human" element in animals emotions. The event was hosted by Animal Rebellion, Animal Rebellion King's College London, KCL Animal Rights Society and King's College Vegans. #PolishHeroCow #HeroCow #MinuteOfSilence #AminalRebellion #KingsCollegeLondon #LawrenceAnton #AnimalRights #KCLAnimalRightsSociety #AnimalInstincts
