Several workers were left stunned as they found a giant python hidden amongst a shipwreck in western India on November 26.

The rescue operation was undertaken by a snake catcher who pulled out the reptile by its tail and got it to the seaside while the others were filming the incident. 

After rescuing the reptile the snake catcher released the snake to the forest in the city.

Labourers were taken aback when they spotted a venomous python in a shipyard that was later rescued in western India's Gujarat state. 
According to the reports, the incident took place on November 26 in Alang region in the state's Bhavnagar district. 
The visuals show a giant python hidden in the wrecked ship who later tries to escape from the site as people gathered there. 
The rescue operation was undertaken by a snake catcher who pulled out the reptile by its tail and got it to the safe seaside while the others were filming the incident. 
Meanwhile, the workers can be heard cautioning the rescuer to save the python without causing harm to it. 
Reports also say that the labourers were at shipbreaking yard when the incident came to light. 
After rescuing the reptile the snake catcher released the snake to the forest in the city.
