A man smashed a window and jumped out of a bus after waiting at traffic lights for around 20 minutes in northern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province on December 18, shows a man holding the handlebar to lift himself up and kick the window before smashing it with a hammer.

According to reports, the man in a rush asked the bus driver to open the door for him after he was stuck on the bus waiting for the lights to turn green for about 20 minutes.

Since the bus was not at a stop, the driver explained to the man and told him that he cannot open the door.

However, the emotional man said if the driver could not open the door, he would jump out of the bus, before smashing the bus window and jumping through it.

The bus driver went out of the bus to catch the man immediately and he was taken away by the police.

12月18日，黑龙江哈尔滨，一辆69路公交车在等候左转弯，一男乘客称有急事要提前下车要求开车门，被司机拒绝后，该乘客上演了标准的“公交车逃生标准动作”：用安全锤砸、用脚踹至车窗碎裂，双手抓住扶手，双脚抬起踹开玻璃，跳出车窗。随后该男子被警方当场控制。

事后，从公交69路车队了解到，车辆当时行至省政府附近区域，事发时为17时25分左右。



“正值晚高峰，道路有点堵，车辆在省政府交通岗等信号，等了大概20分钟左右。当事男子说有事，一定要下车。”69路车队长李捷良介绍说。



根据车队提供的车载监控视频显示，当该男子说要下车时，驾驶员告诉他此处为交通岗，不能开门。男子情绪有些激动，并称：“你能不能开门，不能开，我就跳窗户下去。”

当时车内有六七名乘客，

大家以为他说的是气话，

也有人劝他不要太激动，

就在这时，

只见他双手抓住车上扶手，

用双脚踹车厢中部一块车窗，

脚踹不开，

他便拿起车里的安全锤，

砸向车玻璃，

一番操作后，

最终跳出车外。


该男子破窗跳车后，驾驶员马上跟下车抓住了他，由于车辆位于交通岗，两名交警看到情况后过来查看，该男子被带到执勤车上。



最终该男子被派出所民警带走。



据公交69路队长告诉记者，在派出所该男子称其从外地来哈打工，因为孩子生病，还与媳妇发生不愉快，才产生过激行为。
