A 7-year-old boy in northern India's Haryana has set a new national record for punching 500 blows in one minute.

Footage filmed on August 12 shows Martin Malik rapidly throwing punches at a punching bag held by another child.

India Book of Records confirmed Malik's achievement of breaking the maximum boxing punches on a boxing bag in one minute. He received a medal and certificate.

A seven-year-old boy has set a new record for punching 500 blows in one minute in northern India's Haryana.

The visual came out of Bidhal village near Gohana of Sonipat district on August 12.

Martin Malik stunned everyone with his astonishing flexibility and speed.

The video shows the boy punching a row of blows into a boxing bag.

Another child can be seen assisting him in holding the bag in place while Malik continues punching. His father can be heard constantly encouraging him to push himself without slowing down.

With vigorous training, Malik managed to set a new record in the Indian book of records.
