A biker narrowly avoided serious injury after being crashed into by a car in eastern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on September 16, shows a white car bumping into an electric bike turning a corner.

The electric bike was knocked over and the biker hopped as the car drove past beside him.

The biker suffered soft tissue contusion to his left foot, reports said.

According to the police, the biker took the main responsibility as he did not give the way to the car going straight and the car driver took the secondary responsibility.

9月16日下午，杭州临安衣锦街翠浪路口发生了一起电动自行车与小轿车相撞的交通事故，小伙驾驶电动自行车左转经过路口时与直行的小轿车发生碰撞，所幸没有大碍。
当天下午17时许，临安城区飘着小雨。刚下班的王女士驾驶小轿车由南向北行驶在翠浪路上，当她行驶至衣锦街翠浪路口时，绿灯开始读秒，但她仍选择向前行驶。

此时，对面一辆电动自行车实施左转，王女士吓得连忙向右打方向避让，同时驾驶电动自行车的小蒋也连忙刹车，由于路面湿滑未能刹停，最终两辆车在斑马线前相撞。
万幸的是，轿车撞到了电动自行车的右侧车头，小蒋身形敏捷，他打了个趔趄后站稳，但他的电动自行车在地上转了好几圈，车辆碎片散落一地，鞋也飞出了几米，小蒋被吓得惊魂未定。
王女士发现撞人后，连忙下车查看其伤情，同车人员也纷纷下车帮忙。后经医院检查，小蒋的左脚软组织挫伤，其他并无大碍。
交警认定：小蒋因实施驾驶非机动车通过路口，转弯的非机动车不让直行的车辆、行人优先通行的违法行为导致事故，负本起事故的主要责任，王女士负本起事故的次要责任。除此之外，交警还对小蒋抢占机动车道行驶的行为进行教育训诫。（视频由杭州台提供）
