An enterprising zero-waste juice maker in India has built a bicycle-powered juicer in Bengaluru in southern India.

It is claimed to be the first of its kind in the country.

Engineering college students collaborated with the Eat Raja Juice Shop to create the self-powered smoothie maker.

With no electricity required, all that's needed to power the juicer is for a cyclist to pedal the bike.

The environmentally-conscious juice maker has even though of a way to avoid waste plastic cups -- fruit carved into containers to drink the juice from.

A zero waste juice maker has come up with a self powered juice mixer in Bengaluru of southern India’s Karnataka.
An old bicycle was used to make the self powered juicer by an engineering college students along with the Eat Raja Juice Shop.
There is no need of electricity to make your smoothies, all you need to do is pedal and mix your smoothies.
After which there is no plastic used for serving the juice the juices, fruits are carved to make them as container to drink the smoothies.
This has led to less use of electricity and zero waste for a better future.
