Ryan Turizo, 37, is from South Florida, and filmed this video of a man who was being arrested by police just for standing at a bus stop!

"This was filmed shortly after the killing of George Floyd as I had just returned from a trip to Washington D.C. to protest. It was filmed in Polk County, Florida. Directly after the video, I dropped the gentleman off. He was very grateful" said Ryan.

Ryan said that when he showed his family and friends the video, they were proud of how he handled the situation, but also scared for him.

"All in all they could not believe the police were racially profiling and caught on camera" said Ryan.

"What’s happening in video is there are several police from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office stopping a man whom was doing no crime. They were attempting to question him without a reasonable suspicion that he was or did commit a crime. I saw the gentleman standing there at a bus stop long before the police pulled up and I saw the police shortly before pulling up as the police were watching the gentleman as well. The man did nothing wrong and the police were then harassing him with their presence and questioning him with no reasonable suspicion" said Ryan.
