An alleged drunk motorist was arrested after smashing a car into other vehicles on a road in northern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Jinzhong in Shanxi Province on March 4, shows a black car reversing back and crashing into a white car repeatedly on a road.

White smoke was seen coming out of the black car and rising into the air.

After police arrived on site, they controlled the motorist in the black car immediately.

The case is under further investigation, reports said.

The video was provided by local media with permission.

3月4日，山西晋中。21时许，介休市警方接群众报警称，疑似有人酒后驾车冲撞其它车辆。现场，一辆黑色车冲向一辆白色车撞去，车头损坏严重。民警到达现场后，第一时间控制了驾驶员，疏导车辆，恢复交通。目前，案件正在进一步调查中。

2021年3月4日21时21分，介休市公安局110指挥中心接群众报警称：在瓜市街疑似有人酒后驾车冲撞其它车辆。
110指挥中心迅速指令交巡警大队和西南中心派出所处置，民警到达现场后，第一时间控制了驾驶员，疏导车辆，恢复交通。目前案件正在进一步调查中。（视频由山西台提供）
