Debris was scattered across roads in Kupang, Indonesia, after Tropical Cyclone Seroja passed through the area.

Footage from April 7 shows a petrol station completely destroyed by the high winds and rain.

Damage was brought by strong winds and floods due to heavy rain that took place since Friday (April 2) to Sunday (April 4). Public facilities such as public refueling stations were damaged, street lights and trees were fallen. The houses of residents in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara are also damaged, especially the houses of residents on the beach.
This disaster occurred due to the Seroja Tropical Cyclone, which caused heavy rain and storms, and whirlwinds in this area. Whirlwinds caused seawater to rise and hit residents' houses close to the beach.
Currently, the electricity in residents' homes is still out and the internet is also experiencing problems.
