This is the amusing moment a Cambodian groom didn't so much throw the wedding bouquet to guests as hurl it like a baseball pitcher.

He put such force into his throw that he crashed into a speaker and toppled off the stage where the newlyweds were standing for their wedding reception.

The incident happened in Battambang, Cambodia, on January 25.

Onlooker Kal Minh, the owner of the sound system that was hired for the event, said: "Normally the brides throw the flowers. I think this is karma for his taking her duty."

This is the amusing moment two newlyweds threw their boquet to guests – before the groom tumbled off the stage.

The pair tied the knot then stood on top of the stage during the reception in Battambang, Cambodia, on January 25.

However, the groom appeared to be over-excited and hurled the flowers to the assembled guests. He threw the boquet with such force he stumbled over, hit a speaker then crashed to the ground.
