An event in order to express solidarity with the Palestinian people organised by leftist groups on Facebook, with rules for exception of national and religious symbols, gathered two separate groups in the center of Skopje.

The leftist group, counting around 20 people chanting ”Freedom”, ”Down with the Fascism, Down with the Imperialism”, ”Free palestine” and etc., carrying antifascist and anarchists flags, dispersed after 45 minutes, as the Muslim group, carrying widely national flags and chanting "Allahu Akbar” approached them.

That group afterwards chanting ”Israel terrorist”, chants in favour of Reccep Tayip Erdogan, the president of Turkey and other religious shouts, after some time continued with their march.

They shortly stopped in front of the Museum of Holocaust, continued towards the Old Bazaar and ended their gathering in front of the Albanian theatre in Skopje.
