May 2019 - LA16WFW A13YAE action taken, warning for double offender LJ68VAO

Buy video

Video from 2019 so I did many mistakes here, like too narrow filtering, peeping too much into the cars (while I was still watching the road Mirror Guy ;) ) and interacting with the driver instead of a patient recording. LJ68VAO got a warning, the same driver has been reported again the same year https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDdMDwnXhOQ, but getaway thanks to Baretto.

A13YAE and LA16WFW received NIP (as described below)

The driver has received NIP since the date of the report the case wasn't referred to the court meaning the driver has accepted a fixed penalty or driver awareness course. MET doesn't give follow-ups for causes that are not referred to CPS anymore. MET has provided information about referral to the court for all cases up to October 2020. FPN for the phone is £200 and 6 points.
