The video, filmed in Lankao County in Henan Province on June 14, shows a driverless electric three-wheeler suddenly smashing into a warehouse when workers were resting.
A man named Yu and his father were seen running to try to stop the vehicle.
According to Yu, the water piled up on road after the heavy rain, causing the three-wheeler to have a short circuit.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
