Sathyamangalam is the area that is adjacent to a thick forest in erode district of Tamilnadu. A Elephant herd is crossing this highway to reach another forest where it gets abundant food.
This herd was crossing the highway where the head of the herd first stepped in the highway. Then the herd followed the male elephant. Suddenly a baby elephant was walking very slowly and it was left behind the herd. Whereas the papa elephant came back again and took the baby elephant with him.
