This is probably the moment an Iceland volcano melted the bodywork of my drone
After 4 months of planning in Covid time, I finally got to persue my dream of seeing an active volcano & have 14 days in Iceland. My drone was having some issues already before this flight around midnight so I thought what the heck, I'l move closer as I dared to do before. The lavaflow acted like a waterfall at speeds in excess of 50 km/h. The footage is the direct feed from the drone, not altered, real speed.
