A man carried 17 bags of coins into a car dealership in central China to buy a vehicle for his son.

On August 15 the father entered the store in Zhoukou, Henan, with multiple bags filled with coins.

More than 20 staff members spent three hours counting the coins, which amounted to 51,000 yuan ($7,872 USD).

Ms Chen, a member of staff at the store, said that the man sells biscuits and flour.

She also joked that she had cramps in her hands afterwards.

4S店工作人员陈女士表示大叔家里是卖烧饼和面粉的，用面粉袋子拿了十七袋硬币来给儿子买车，有一块的和五毛的，下午五点钟谈好价格后，店里二十多个人数到晚上八点多才数清，大概有五万一千元左右。陈女士笑称以前都是在网上看过，这次发生在自己身上真是数到手抽筋。

More than 20 staff members counted for more than 3 hours before counting all the coins.

The staff of the 4S shop, Ms. Chen, said that the uncle’s house sells biscuits and flour, and used the flour bag to take 17 bags of coins to buy a car for his son.

More than a dozen people didn't count until 8 o'clock in the evening, and it was about 51,000 yuan ($7,872).

Ms. Chen laughed and said that she had seen it on the Internet before, and that this time she really had cramps in her hands.
