The filmer had a job in Seoul witnessed this accident at Beonyeong-ro on his way to the Busan Station. On the day it was heavily raining and the weather was terrible, due to this the driver in front lost control and began to hydroplane. This first caused the driver in front to swerve left, and assumingly he tried to quickly correct it by turning his car right but instead this made it worse and sent the car flying into the roadside barrier on the right hand side of the highway.
