This hypnotic footage shows an erupting volcano in Iceland.
Drone Pilot Bjorn Steinbekk, 48, filmed the astonishing video at Geldingadalir, Reykjanes peninsula.
He flew his drone as close as possible being careful not to damage it and walked away with some intense and beautiful yet oddly hypnotic footage.
Bjorn said: “I fly drones and consult on various marketing strategies, mostly in lifestyle and travel.”
“I am happy with all the footage I release. Otherwise, I would never release it.”
“I was careful to fly as smoothly as I could and not cook my drone. It’s amazing how the elements can affect and mesmerise us.”
