Dashcam captures moment vehicle veers off bridge into river in Austin, Texas
A driver veers off the road at a low-water crossing, ending up overturned in the river. I catch the end of the crash and beginning of the rescue on dashcam. The driver was unable to unlock the door, so the window was smashed out to unlock and open the door and pull the driver to safety. There were no major injuries.
