A motorist's voice shook as they drove over a road with dozens of small speed bumps in northern China.
Video filmed in the city of Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province on October 11 shows a motorist's voice shaking when he was talking while driving his car along a road full of speed bumps.
According to the customer service of the highway, the speed bumps aim to slow motorists down. It is for safety issues and should not affect the cars that much. But they will report to the person in higher positions about motorists' complaints.
