At -17 degrees with wind chill in Saskatchewan, Canada, storm chaser Jenny Hagan braved the bitter weather recently by putting on her old figure skating costume and dancing across the highway.

It's been 23 years since Jenny last donned her provincial team figure skating costume but she described the freezing weather as "a perfect occasion to dust off the skate boots."

"In Saskatchewan, we deal with all types of weather. The winter season is long and cold," she said.

"My motto is if you can’t find the joy in snow you will have the same amount of snow and less joy. So I have fun with these extreme weather events," she added.

This video was filmed on November 1.
