Water leaking from pipe freezes on external wall of residential building in northern China
Water leaking out of a solar heater pipe froze on the external wall of a residential building in northern China.
Video captured in the city of Changchun in Jilin Province on November 24 shows water leaking out of a woman named Ms Wang's solar heater pipe freezing on the outer wall of a residential building, resembling a frozen waterfall.
Wang said in the video: "I did not go out for the whole day yesterday and I can't believe I made such a mess."
According to reports, the solar heater pipe was broken in Wang's flat and the water flowed down to the bottom of the building.
Since the temperature was low, the water froze on the outer wall of the building, forming a frozen waterfall.
The water also leaked into the flats downstairs.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
