Major water main breaks causing flooding in city of Regina, Saskatchewan

Water has been flowing up Broad street since just after noon today and the intersection of Broad Street and Victoria Avenue is turning into a lake plus vehicle sliding pond. The City Of Regina crews are scrambling to control the situation. Apparently a major watermain break happened near the police station and the water is flowing up Osler Street and out onto Broad Street, It is almost making the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel into an island and the water is still rising as of 5pm as I can see it out my window on Osler Street here in downtown Regina. Chaotic scenes!
