Busy using his phone, a man fell on the railway tracks in northern India's New Delhi on February 4.

The incident took place at the Shahdara Metro Station.

Visuals feature the man walking on the station while using his phone. Within moments, he fails to notice the edge of the platform and falls on the railway tracks. Following this, the security personnel spot and rescue him.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel noticed the oblivious person, identified as Shailender Mehata, from the opposite platform.

Following this, one of the officials descended to the tracks, crossed over, and rescued Mehata by helping him climb onto the station.
